Mike Lahay is the owner of Spas and More! and has been selling Master Spas since 1996. He began Spas and More! in St. Louis in 2006, and serviced the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan areas from the St. Louis location. With an increase in customers and servicing areas, Spas and More! Overland Park opened in 2021 to accommodate Kansas City customers and provide better, more immediate customer service.

Angi Hess, Mike’s daughter, and Brian Oldham run the daily operations of the Sunset Hills location and oversee the Overland Park location. The third generation of Spas and More! lies with Angi's daughter Samantha Hess, who is the store manager in Overland Park.
